As a Senior Architectural Designer at Thrive, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting residential development projects that shape communities and enhance lives. The role will include leading and designing a wide range of residential developments/layouts at all scales from 10-500+ homes from feasibility layouts through to planning applications, leading projects and managing small teams. You will develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with project goals, local regulations, and client requirements while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Key Attributes & Skills Needed

Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential housing developments Excellent residential layout design & architectural skills for outline and RM applications Good knowledge of the latest legislations and ensuring projects comply with CDM regulations Good understanding of producing associated documents including Design Access Statements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, along with mentoring junior technicians. Proficiency in using AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage. Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines and budgets. Hand drawn sketching an advantage, but not essential What We Offer
