Conveyancing Fee Earner or Paralegal, Harrogate

A relaxed, supportive and collaborative work environment. OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a reputable team based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual seeking to progress their career and take ownership of a busy and varied conveyancing caseload and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
The role is flexible and could suit a Paralegal, Newly Qualified Solicitor or Junior Fee Earner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base. Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and network with potential clients. Casework: Handle a busy caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters; sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience Has handled own caseload of the full range of conveyancing matters. Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understand the importance of referrer relationships You will be a problem-solver who can think on your feet and work well under pressure. Comfortable working with accuracy - your eagle eye will ensure nothing is missed.
