Our client is a leading Façade Contractor currently recruiting for Facades Package Managers for projects in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years site/package management experience for a Façade Contractor with project values at £8 million plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate programmes and site activities to ensure they are in line with project requirements. Review all installation processes for efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant safety guidelines. Manage and coordinate with architects, engineering professionals, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure that key targets and programmes are achieved. Review façade design and interface details. Develop best suitable construction methodologies for the project. Review and monitor design development against CP's (Contractor Proposals). Develop and monitor construction work programmes. Sequence construction works to ensure handover dates are met. Review and sign off risk assessments & method statements. Prepare short term planning programmes/look aheads.
This is a 12 month assignment self-employed.
