Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to expansion, Ventro Group is looking to grow our internal IT support team; we are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team. This role will assist with the implementation and ongoing development of our NetSuite system. Key Responsibilities: Work on NetSuite developments to support the group's growth and strategy. Administer and maintain the internal system, including user roles and permissions, customization, configuration, and workflows. Handle ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders, such as generating reports, custom fields, and other minor adjustments to the NetSuite system. Provide first-line system support, assisting with problem resolutions - diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues. Review system and equipment performance. Conduct general system maintenance as required. Assist with system training and updates. Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, network, and application components of the IT system. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and facilitate knowledge sharing. Enforce security best practices to prevent cyber-attacks and security breaches. Assist with month-end reporting. The successful candidate will: Have previous experience with NetSuite. Possess a motivated, driven, and positive can-do attitude. Have a solution-oriented mindset: one problem, two solutions. Be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
