We are currently looking for IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. If you are looking to kick-start a career in tech, this is the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge and qualifications to grow your career.

As part of the role, you will be taking responsibility for IT support queries that come from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail globally, providing a broad range of IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems. You'll be taught various troubleshooting methods and how to proactively manage a ticketing queue, escalating and challenging issues to senior team members when necessary. Additionally, you will be writing technical documentation and knowledge articles, and assisting the wider IT teams with preparation of hardware/software when necessary.

This is an office-based role with the team following a shift pattern within the hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 weeks basis.

Minimum Requirements: No prior experience needed but be able to demonstrate a passion for IT and desire to develop your skillset and learn/grow with our business. Team focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues to offer and receive support and advice. Problem-solving mindset and able to think logically and calmly under pressure. Able to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload. While not essential, experience in a customer-facing role and/or experience in a retail/warehouse environment is desirable.

What's next? Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter, which will be behaviourally focused and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful, we will be holding an assessment centre on the 2nd of December with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focused and include tasks throughout the day so we can see your skills in action. All technical training will be provided via our IT Training Programme in your onboarding.
