Create custom assets such as F&B interiors, retail spaces, or golf courses, tailored to specific project needs. Optimize models for high-quality rendering while maintaining efficiency (e.g., polygon count management). Generate 3D models automatically from 2D sketches, photos, or text prompts, with Meshroom, Kaedim. Create visual assets directly from text descriptions, reducing the need for manual modeling with DALL-E, Point-E. Photorealistic Rendering: Apply advanced rendering techniques to produce photorealistic images and animations for presentations and marketing materials. Utilize rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion to showcase accurate lighting, textures, and environmental effects. Adjust camera angles, composition, and perspectives to achieve the most appealing visuals. AI enhancements on the rendering process. Texturing and Material Application: Design and apply realistic textures for surfaces, including wood, metal, glass, and concrete. Use tools like Substance Painter or Quixel Mixer to create detailed and custom textures. Ensure material accuracy to reflect client specifications (e.g., luxury finishes, eco-friendly materials). AI creation of photorealistic textures and materials. Lighting and Atmosphere Setup: Simulate natural and artificial lighting to match project requirements, ensuring realistic illumination effects. Incorporate environmental elements like skies, sunlight, or nighttime scenarios for dynamic presentations. Adjust HDRI maps, reflections, and shadows to enhance realism. Animation and Walkthroughs: Create 3D animations, flythroughs, and walkthroughs for client presentations or promotional videos. Develop interactive real-time visualizations using tools like Unreal Engine or Unity. Ensure smooth transitions and engaging storytelling in animations to captivate audiences. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and F&B planners to understand project goals and translate concepts into visuals. Participate in design reviews to refine visualizations based on client feedback. Integrate 3D assets with CAD/BIM files from tools like AutoCAD or Revit. Post-Production and Enhancements: Perform post-processing on rendered images using Adobe Photoshop or After Effects for final touch-ups, adding effects, and ensuring a polished outcome. Add background elements, people, or subtle environmental details to enhance visuals. Ensure all deliverables meet branding standards and project guidelines. Keeping Up with Industry Trends: Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and rendering techniques to enhance efficiency and output quality. Experiment with emerging solutions like AI-enhanced rendering or real-time ray tracing. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure visualizations meet technical and aesthetic standards. Troubleshoot rendering issues, such as lighting artifacts or texture inconsistencies. Optimize outputs for various platforms (print, web, VR, or AR). Documentation and Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and project files for reuse and efficient workflows. Document the rendering process for team reference or future iterations.
