We have an exciting opportunity to join the Helpdesk as a Support Assistant. Based at Scrivens House, you will be working as part of the Helpdesk team answering telephone queries to support all of our businesses.

The core skills required are: Prior help desk experience of minimum 1 year. Strong communication skills. The ability to communicate with people at all levels. Ability to prioritise workloads. Be IT competent. This is an opportunity to join an IT team who have successfully developed high quality systems to support all aspects of its optical and hearing business including our stores, manufacturing facility and head office.

The successful candidate will be providing frontline telephone support answering, logging and resolving calls for: Scrivens bespoke POS system (40% of support calls - training will be provided). Infor CRM Hearing System (20% of support calls - training will be provided). Optical equipment (5% of support calls - training will be provided). General computer hardware/software (35% of calls). Schedule:

Monday to Saturday (5 days from 6). The Business:
