The Foyle Food Group is seeking applications of interest for the 2025 / 2026 Graduate Academy. We are keen to attract applications from individuals seeking to develop their skills and knowledge to pursue a career within the Red Meat Processing Industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most progressive red meat processing groups in the UK and Ireland. We are particularly interested in hearing from persons interested in: Production Management People Management Food Safety / Technical Operations Lean Manufacturing Successful applicants will undertake a 12-month on-the-job development programme, placed within the production units – Beef Boning Hall, Beef Slaughter Hall, Loading Bay, Further Processing, Red & Green Offal preparation, and Dispatch operations. You will work closely with management teams to develop your knowledge of red meat processing. The programme will equip you with the skills needed for a successful career in the Red Meat processing industry. We believe that developing our future leaders is key to our continued success and provides an excellent platform for moving into senior positions with high degrees of responsibility. What You Will Need to Demonstrate

Commitment and ambition, with excellent communication skills and a real desire to learn Desire to manage teams of people and processes Excellent organisational, analytical, IT, and administrative skills Positive attitude, attention to detail, and an understanding of how strong management adds value A degree / third level qualification in a relevant business, food-related, or manufacturing discipline A current EU driving licence as some travel may be required between our sites / training If you meet most or all of the above criteria and are highly motivated and ambitious, why not give us a call or forward your CV for review?
