IT Technician

to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for a diverse and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, support innovative digital initiatives, and be part of a global technology leader. This role is fully on site, based in Plymouth, you will need to be able to commute 5 days a week. Responsibilities of the IT Technician include: - Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software, printing, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of logged tickets Configure, install, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, and mobile devices) and assist with operational technology in production environments Manage IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, network administration, and digital upgrades Deliver training and support to end users, enabling effective use of IT systems and applications Requirements of the IT Technician include: - National Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of relevant IT support experience Proficiency in IT project support and delivery with strong stakeholder engagement skills Knowledge of IT compliance, asset management, and software license management Familiarity with tools like LANDesk, Microsoft technologies, and IT ticketing systems Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Electric car scheme Cycle-to-work scheme Fresh fruit Free parking Employee discount programs Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
