Machinist – Workshop Technician – Skilled Turner
Summary
To work as a skilled turner within the workshop facility manufacturing and repairing component parts for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, turbines etc.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Operate conventional manual lathes.
Carry out manufacturing to work instructions, detailed engineering drawings / specifications.
Expected to work to close tolerances and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship at all times.
Liaise with inspection and engineering personnel.
Comply to Company Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
Ensure machine is kept clean and maintained.

Hourly Rate: £16.66 per hour
