Job Description
Responsibilities: Performs soldering of through hole components inserted in printed circuit board assemblies, sub assemblies and various light mechanical hardware. Works with small tools, engineering documents and visual aids. Identifies non-reworkable issues to the supervisor. Routes non-conforming material to the Material Review board (MRB). Applies use of Electro Static Discharge (ESD) precautions when handling products. Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations. Performs other duties as required or directed. Operates hydraulic equipment used to place pins in boards. Job Requirements
Job Requirements or equivalent: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years experience in an IPC Solderer position. Ability to solder through hole components. Ability to distinguish the difference between rework and repair. Ability and willingness to be trained, learn and perform other duties as required.
