We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CRM Manager to join our iGaming team. In this role, you will assist in executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver data-driven campaigns and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your CRM expertise in a fast-paced company. What you'll be getting up to: Campaign Execution and Management: Assist in planning, creating, and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other platforms. Manage day-to-day CRM activities, including content updates, segmentation, and scheduling campaigns. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and align with the overall CRM strategy. Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Use customer data to segment audiences and create tailored campaigns. Support the development of personalized customer journeys to enhance engagement. Monitor and adjust segmentation strategies based on campaign performance. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the analytics team to measure the impact of CRM initiatives on customer retention and revenue. Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and campaign execution teams to ensure CRM activities align with overall business objectives. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality, engaging campaign assets. Support senior CRM managers in executing larger-scale projects and strategic initiatives. Good to have: 2+ years in CRM, with a strong focus on coordinating multiple projects in iGaming. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
