As the

AI Integration Developer , you will play a pivotal role in a newly formed team, responsible for integrating cutting-edge third-party AI tools, APIs, and agents into a sophisticated ecosystem. This includes the company’s advanced CRM platform, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), a decisioning engine, and various proprietary tools. This role offers a unique chance to shape the development practices and integration strategies that will be crucial to the team's success. Key Responsibilities:

AI Feature Implementation:

Develop and implement AI-driven features across multiple platforms, establishing integration processes and workflows that will guide the team’s development efforts. API Development:

Create APIs and integration layers to seamlessly connect third-party AI services with the company’s diverse technology stack, contributing to key technical decisions that will shape future development. Workflow Optimisation:

Enhance existing workflows by embedding AI capabilities for improved data interpretation and automation, influencing the team’s approach to AI integration. Collaboration:

Work closely with the AI Solutions Architect to ensure alignment with the overall system architecture, helping to define the technical direction and strategy of the team. Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve issues related to AI tool integration and performance within a complex technology environment, establishing best practices for the new team. Continuous Improvement:

Monitor and refine AI integrations, setting up feedback loops to drive ongoing improvements and influence the team’s development approach. Requirements

Significant hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on API integration and AI technologies within multi-platform environments. Proven experience implementing AI platforms such as OpenAI, Google AI, or Anthropic, particularly within CRM systems, PWAs, decisioning engines, and other proprietary tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. A passion for shaping new teams and influencing the future of AI integrations.
