Our Responsive Repairs division deliver critical repairs and maintenance works to residential properties in partnership with a number of housing associations across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team of Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes. This particular role is for a wet-trade Multi Operative, you will have a good track record and relevant qualifications, ideally in a similar environment (contractor or client-side). Qualifications

Relevant experience with a proven track record in the construction or building maintenance industry. Diverse skill set, proficiently to perform various construction and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, painting, and more. Responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and renovation work. Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades, making them valuable assets for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Able to work directly with clients, requiring good communication and customer service skills to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions. UK driving license. What’s in it for you:
