Due to continued success, we are delighted to offer the opportunity of Technical Assistant to become an integral member of the team.
The position of Technical Assistant will support the Technical Management team to ensure successful and positive relationships with key retail customers, with responsibilities to include:
Manage product sample requests and arrange deliveries
Arrange residue & micro samples and ensure results are received
Report generation; customer & supplier performance, product shelf-life, KPI’s
Input data accurately, to generate and distribute spreadsheets to customers and colleagues
Requirements:
Experience gained within Fresh Produce and exposure to a product quality and / or technical position would be highly advantageous
Confident and approachable manner, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience gained within an administrative and / or support position
Strong IT skills and ability to manage data and generate reports
