Involve Recruitment are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Site Engineer or Trainee Site Engineer/Quality Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional or someone eager to train and grow in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage on-site engineering tasks, including setting out and surveying.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and health & safety standards.
Handle quality management systems and documentation required by main contractors.
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
Maintain accurate records of site activities and quality compliance.
Requirements:
For experienced candidates: Proven background as a Site Engineer, with strong technical and organizational skills.
For trainees: A keen interest in construction and engineering, with a willingness to learn. College-level education in engineering or construction (or a willingness to enroll) is desirable.
Familiarity with quality management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
