Key Responsibilities

Performing assembly, testing, and calibration of products according to technical drawings and work order instructions while adhering to all operating guidelines. Reporting any product build errors or discrepancies to the team leader and initiating change requests to address corrections needed for parts lists or drawings. Verifying that operating instructions are accurate and current, and alerting the team leader to any updates or amendments required. Conducting servicing for customer-returned products, including repairs, modifications, and recalibrations as needed. Keeping organized records of all testing and calibration activities in compliance with company standards for future reference. Pursuing opportunities to enhance skills and expand knowledge of product builds through training and updated resources provided by experienced colleagues. Completing daily timesheets with detailed records of production activities, work orders, and operations, and submitting them for review and processing at the end of each shift. Performing routine maintenance on fixtures and equipment as per the schedule managed by the quality team. Assisting other departments as necessary to meet production deadlines and customer requirements. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment in alignment with the company's 5S practices. Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, product quality, efficiency, or functionality and sharing suggestions with the production team leader. Handling additional tasks as assigned by the line manager. Skills Required

Experience in assembling, testing, and calibrating products. Proficient in fault-finding, servicing, and repairing products. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Skilled in soldering techniques. Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems with practical skills. Proficient in using computer applications such as Word and Excel. Capable of reading, interpreting, and working from technical drawings.
