Our client, an established architectural practice, is currently seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team based in Chichester. You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that has an excellent reputation in the area as well as the chance to work on various residential, education, and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to work within a busy, Revit-using architectural practice with progression opportunities.

Our client currently works on a range of education and residential projects; they also work on some commercial developments. They are well established and have built an excellent relationship with a variety of clientele, allowing them to have a vast range of projects, sectors, and project values. This role would suit an individual with both an excellent work ethic and at least 2 years as an Architectural Technologist. The most suitable Technologist will have experience in using Revit for at least 2 years and have a sound technical understanding of projects.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview Producing feasibility studies with the design & technical team Producing technical details Staying up-to-date with the latest building regulations and industry best practices Primarily working on projects from Stages 4 onwards Producing high-quality technical drawings using Revit on a daily basis Gaining exposure to a variety of sectors

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements 2+ years relevant experience Good knowledge of Revit Ideally experience in either the commercial or education sector Live within a commutable distance of Chichester Progressive individual
