Conduct root cause analysis on quality non-conformities, implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Serve as the site's lead auditor, coordinating the audit schedule and mentoring audit team members. Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Services to promote quality awareness and standards across all departments. What You Will Bring: A solid background in manufacturing, with a preference for experience in the packaging industry. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Quality tools and techniques. Certifications related to Quality functions, such as root cause analysis, are highly desirable. A valid driving licence, enabling flexibility and responsiveness to company needs. Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
