Maintenance Electrician
Location: Bicester OX25
Full time 40hrs Monday to Friday
Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 (Over Time paid x1.5 or x2)
Company vehicle plus fuel card for business use only
Holiday: 26 days plus stats
Our client is a leading facilities management company, and we have a fantastic opportunity to join them on their Defence contract.
Our client supports military personnel in ensuring the base, barracks, airfields, military sites, and living quarters are maintained to a high standard and continually improved.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance on site
Involved in extra works and/or project work
Be part of an On-Call Rota
Ensure reliability of the plant and associated mechanical systems on site
Work to set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained
Prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests
Minor installation work
Be part of a rota to maintain a commercial swimming pool
Qualifications:
City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 / NVQ Level 3
18th Edition (Required)
City & Guilds 2391
City & Guilds 2394/2395 or Equivalent
Experience in Electrical & Mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules
PASMA/IPAF certified (Desirable)
Requirements:
Experience in a similar environment ideally Commercial / Industrial site
Conversant with current Health and Safety legislation with relevance to safe working practices (RAMS)
Ability to pass BPSS Clearance
