Equans is recruiting for an Apprentice Electrician on our HMCTS contract. You will be based onsite at Winchester Law Courts. This is a 48 month fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and work towards completing your electrical qualifications. What will you deliver? Actively participating in learning, personal development, and apprenticeship training. Assisting with the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across a variety of properties. Developing the ability to interpret design drawings, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications. Maintaining and caring for company tools and equipment. Supporting a wide range of operations, including building maintenance, site management, and customer service. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing quality checks and contributing to site compliance standards. Supporting operational performance and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Managing small project works and contributing to helpdesk operations, including client requests and relationship management. Liaising with subcontractors and skilled staff. Monitoring customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance documentation. What can we offer you?
