Part Time Description:
Zion Lutheran Church seeks a leader for our youth and family ministry program, that would engage elementary, middle & high school students with the Good News of Jesus Christ, inviting them to love God, to love neighbors, and to build community in a safe and supportive environment. Education Support Oversee the Sunday morning program for children’s education and spiritual formation, preschool thru 12th grade. Coordinate volunteers for the education programs. Collaborate with the Pastor, Youth and Family Ministry Committee, parents, and other staff to execute responsibilities. Desired Qualifications A strong Christian Faith. A heart to serve our youth with genuine enthusiasm. A familiarity with Lutheran Theology or a desire to learn and adhere to Lutheran teaching and tradition. Strong organizational, communication and people skills. Innovative and creative approach to Christian education. Proficient in computer, social media, and audio/video skills. Desired Start Date:
Early Fall 2024. Part-Time:
25-30 hours per week, depending on agreed-upon duties. Hourly Rate of Pay:
