The Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive BIM Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, data-driven construction solutions. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Building Information Modelling (BIM), including the creation of BIM objects, associated COBie data, and Level 2 deliverables to meet or exceed client expectations. You will also actively participate in external customer meetings, ensuring seamless integration of design intent and project requirements into BIM processes. The position is based at our offices in Ashford, Kent and the successful candidate must live within daily commuting distance of our Ashford office. What skills and experience are necessary to perform this role?
Previous demonstrable experience in BIM Level 2, within the construction industry Proficiency in BIM Software Excellent customer service skills Highly organised with good administration skills A confident communicator able to build and maintain customer rapport Ability to work on your own initiative Analytical Skills and Data Management Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes 2D CAD Proficiency What you can expect from us:
