Work closely with customers, installers, and sales team to schedule and confirm installation appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for all. Maintain accurate records for each project, including installation schedules, permits, and customer feedback. Act as a liaison between customers and installation teams to resolve any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise. Monitor product orders and deliveries, ensuring that everything needed for each job arrives on time and in perfect condition. Serve as the go-to contact for customers, offering friendly and professional assistance throughout the installation process. Manage the service engineer and installation teams' diaries to attend site. Candidate skills & experience:
Have current experience working within an administrative role. Strong communication and organisational skills, be clear, concise, and friendly when interacting with customers, installers, and colleagues. Thrive in finding solutions and keeping things running smoothly. Have excellent customer service skills; you understand the importance of delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.
