This role:
Small Works Mechanical Estimator
is with a Midlands-based Mechanical Contractor who, over the last 18 plus years, has maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up the Mechanical aspect of projects with a bias towards Plumbing & Pipework.
As a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, you will be: Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £400K Working closely with the Director in a close-knit Estimating team Pricing up all Mechanical aspects of projects with a bias on the Plumbing & Pipework side Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Commercial, Industrial, and Retail Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, or an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. If you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
As a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, your salary will be within the £40-45K region. As part of your employment with the company, you will receive automatic enrolment in the pension and company car scheme.
