About the position
A key part of our maintenance team, our Full Time Maintenance Coordinator position is responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our venues including Clubs, Hotels, and Fitness Clubs. Daily activities will involve:
Basic maintenance & fault checks of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Basic plumbing repairs including cistern parts install/repairs, tap reseats clearing blocked toilets/drains etc
Changing light globes, this will involve the use of ladders & or motorised lifting equipment
Repairing & or installing locksets/door hardware
Basic carpentry and joinery repairs
Maintenance/fault finding of Catering equipment
Tiling repairs, silicon application in kitchens/bathrooms etc
Basic computer skills re daily emailed tasks & the ability to send work order requests via email
This position will require travel to different sites as needed and will require you to work weekends & public holidays dependant on business requirements.

About you
Understanding of and experience with preventative maintenance programs
Demonstrated experience with general maintenance activities
Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration units with ability to complete basic mechanical repairs
A background in a skilled trade is highly desirable
A team player who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty
Current Driver's Licence
