An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Maintenance Electrician to work for this Nationwide provider of commercial facilities management and building services. We are recruiting for a progressive & dynamic building services company formed in 1990.
Additional details: Salary info - £33,280 per annum (basic salary) with on target earnings of £38,000 - £44,000 per annum with an excellent benefits package including paid travel time (door to door payments) Company van provided with private use A mobile Maintenance Electrician role Contract details - Full time, permanent position (40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available) In this role, you will be required to carry out electrical works on a variety of commercial sites: Competently assess and repair electrical faults Planned/preventative maintenance (Commercial) Minor installations Periodic testing This list is not exhaustive. You may be required to complete tasks not listed above in your day-to-day workload. Essential Criteria: Full Valid Driving Licence Fully qualified (C&G or equivalent) C&G 2382 (18th edition) Capable of using in-house systems on a tablet device to log works (training provided) Company benefits: Private Van Offering Attractive overtime package and paid rest time following any night works.
