Leading international Pharmaceutical Manufacturer seeks an experienced Process Technician to assist in the creation of life-saving drugs.
About the role:
Working within GMP Cleanroom environments, you will set up and operate various processes for which you will receive full Process Technician training.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Assemble raw materials for batches in accordance with received Batch Documentation.
Work to a production plan to deliver batches.
Transfer raw materials for production.
Label all batches in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure all materials and components are replenished in preparation for start-up on the next shift.
Carry out documentation duties required under good manufacturing practice.
Maintain and clean areas in accordance with ‘good housekeeping’ practices and standard operating procedures.
Ensure appropriate disposal of waste from the grade C area in accordance with current procedures.
Record and communicate any issues affecting quality or efficiency.
Transfer all batches and materials into the Aseptic services unit to ensure production occurs in line with the schedule.
Skills and experience:
Aseptic or Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan.
Trained in manual handling procedures.
Health & Safety awareness is preferable.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Numerical skills.
Previous Process Technician experience.
