The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Control, tracking, maintenance and procurement of all company Carry-On Safety Equipment (COSE) e.g. carry-on liferafts and lifejackets. Control, tracking, maintenance and procurement of all company Carry-On Electronic Conspicuity devices (e.g. Pilotaware, Skyecho). Control, tracking, maintenance and procurement of all company Carry-On Electronic Communication devices (e.g. Spidertracks, InReach). Liaison with Spoke Bases to ensure COSE, Conspicuity devices and Communication devices are available and fit for purpose. Updating the status of COSE and devices on company systems (e.g. iSAR & Centrik). Assisting the Training Department in the generation of SOPs for Carry-On items. Acting as Deputy EFB Administrator. As a nationwide company, flexibility and willingness to travel are essential aspects of this role, which will involve travel to other sites when required. In addition, applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK and it would be an advantage to hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
