Our client is a leading construction firm dedicated to ensuring the safety and quality of buildings. We are seeking a Support Staff member to assist their Building Surveyors in evaluating and assessing building structures. Role Overview:

As a Support Staff member, you will be an integral part of our Building Surveying team, providing essential assistance and support in assessing the structural integrity of buildings. This is a temporary role with a duration of three years, aimed at aiding our surveyors in their critical work. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Building Surveyors to assist in evaluating building structures. Conduct on-site visits and inspections to gather relevant data and information. Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and assessments based on findings. Aid in analysing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, as necessary. Help maintain accurate records of assessments, inspections, and findings. Support the surveying team in administrative tasks and project coordination. Requirements:

Background or education in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data collection and report preparation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to gathering and documenting information. Benefits:
