CNC Programmer / CNC Turner / CNC Miller
- Gloucester based client - Permanent opportunity- Straight Days - up to £17 p/h - 39 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday
Our family owned client who have been operating for over 50 years are looking to increase their shop floor team and are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / CNC Turner / CNC Miller on a permanent basis, interviewing ASAP.
Two additional Machinists are required with the following skills;
Program CNC machines using CAD software and or cimco to create precise and accurate parts on Lathe's with live tooling
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficient
Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimise part designs for manufacturing
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have;
Proficient in CAD software and cimco editor for programming CNC machines
Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations and measurements
Experience with fanuc controls CNC machines
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
