Role This
is a unique opportunity for a driven and experienced Solicitor to lead a highly regarded multidisciplinary Commercial and Corporate Finance Team. The role has arisen due to succession planning and restructuring. The Commercial and Corporate Finance Team also includes a growing regulatory offering. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and develop the existing team whilst also identifying areas for growth and new revenue streams. An opportunity for additional recruitment into the team, which would give the successful candidate the chance to mold the team and create their own identity. This opportunity has fantastic potential and for the right candidate presents a clear pathway to an equity position within the firm’s partnership. You 7+ PQE Excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture business partner relationships. Flexible enough to work outside normal office hours and be comfortable attending a range of marketing events and progressing a variety of business development initiatives. Committed to delivering exceptional client service, developing, and maintaining professional relationships. The ability to lead and manage a professional services team. Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
