Sales Representative

to join our successful team. Galgorm Catering has a particular focus on the hospitality trade, working closely with hotels, bars, restaurants, and cafes, offering a comprehensive range of products. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in a Business to Business environment. Previous experience in selling into this specific marketplace will be a distinct advantage, but we will consider applications from suitably qualified people who have worked in other areas of the industry, but not specifically sales. Key Responsibilities

Proactively service a long-standing customer base of Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, and Cafes within

Armagh, Tyrone, and Fermanagh . Work with various departments within the business to ensure a high level of customer service is provided. These departments include warehouse/distribution, customer service, finance, purchasing, and marketing. We are proud of a highly constructive collaboration within the business. Work closely with your designated Customer Service team member to assist with all aspects of account management and development. Build new business within the territory using our extensive range of products and suppliers. Showcase and promote our year-round sales campaigns highlighting our competitiveness and breadth of product. Liaise regularly with Sales Support on opportunities and challenges faced, in an effort to deliver value and customer satisfaction. Attend training events and work in the field with Product Category Experts to gain knowledge and offer value-added solutions to our customers. Allow time to review and analyze internal reports to identify strengths and weaknesses. Demonstrate a proven background of winning new business. Possess a reasonable level of IT awareness and the ability to present to key decision makers is essential. If you have a good level of education, a confident and pleasant outgoing personality with the drive, commitment, self-motivation, and discipline to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a successful team, then we would like to hear from you. Salary & benefits are negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience, but will not be a barrier to the right candidate. Company car, phone, and laptop/iPad will also be provided.
