These are just some of the reasons people join and stay! About the role… As Retoucher you will be responsible for retouching our ecommerce imagery in the final stages of the studio process. The retouch team multi-tasks whilst maintaining authenticity and upholding the brand vision to the highest standard possible whilst adhering to tight deadlines. This is a role that requires a strong eye for detail and quality control; the ideal candidate will be passionate about retouching and reactive to feedback and prioritise tasks. Reports into Lead Retoucher. Responsible for colour matching all products to physical garments and adjust accordingly with high accuracy. Responsible for quality assurance on all images in advance of going live. Respond quickly to daily review feedback and action last minute changes. Receive creative direction from stylists, photographers, and manager to make corrections when necessary. Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the service of the studio team. High technical proficiency in Macintosh OS and Photoshop. Responsible for correcting images between different cameras and sets plus some creative retouching on seasonal shoots. Supporting the team with product launches from fashion to beauty, in house and supplier imagery. Assisting managers with locating missing imagery and searching archives. Is this you? We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and are looking for something uniquely different. Graduate or similar in a Visual Arts related degree, or equivalent, with solid experience in a similar role. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate others to achieve within the required timeframe. Experienced on retouching techniques and up to date with all industry standards. High Technical proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One. Ability to work collaboratively and value differing perspectives. Team player – build relationships with other internal and external teams. Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines. Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task. Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy.
