We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a 'Sales Order Processor' to join my client's expanding business! The only way is up for this company, and they want to take you with them!
As a key member of their small team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the smooth running of the sales order process.
Responsibilities:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Liaise back and forth with customers to resolve any queries or issues Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery Maintain and update customer database (new in-house ERP system) Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Desirables: Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Good IT knowledge and be able to confidently navigate your way around MS programmes Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
