Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers to confirm orders Communicate with leasing company partners (via phone, email, and online platforms) Process new car orders (from quote to delivery) Order vehicles using the manufacturer's system Manage internal dealer management systems for vehicle stocking, orders, and invoicing Book vehicles for pre-delivery inspection Handle vehicle registration, invoicing, and handover paperwork Complete weekly status reports Maintain high service levels in line with company guidelines Ensure timely invoice pay-outs by processing delivery paperwork

Skills & Experience:

Experience in the car dealership/motor trade

skills Team player with the ability to work independently Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods Self-driven and capable of minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits:
