This exciting new role offers the chance to shape and implement social media strategies, craft engaging email campaigns, and drive brand awareness for a dynamic and fast-growing business. Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest), creating and curating content that resonates with a B2B audience. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, to foster brand interaction and customer engagement. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and using A/B testing to optimise performance. Write compelling copy and design email templates that align with brand guidelines. Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to continually improve engagement. Generate innovative ideas for our clients' core brands and design content that resonates with target audiences. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels. Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives including content creation and design. What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in social media and email marketing. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for design. Analytical mindset and experience with social media and email marketing tools. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to bring innovative ideas to the table. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (desirable), or educated at degree level in any other field (essential). Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or similar platform). Experience with email marketing platforms. Experience with Klaviyo is a plus. Experience of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign highly desirable. Experience with product photography, WooCommerce, and WordPress is a plus.
