Our client is searching for a talented, motivated individual to join their team as their new SEO Executive.

As part of the continuous growth of the business, our client now has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an SEO Executive, working within their Delivery team and wider departments to implement cutting-edge strategies to ensure their clients have the best organic visibility.

Duties will involve managing the online presence for various clients with a strong focus on SEO, whilst working alongside other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning monthly SEO campaign work and regularly reviewing performance, based on each client's business objectives and channel goals

Executing campaign work for a variety of different businesses with varying budgets and business objectives

Analyzing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase keyword rankings & grow organic traffic

Performing regular SEO health checks and audits

Conducting competitor and market research to determine how an online presence can best tackle climbing up the rankings

Designing and delivering an SEO strategy, working alongside the rest of the marketing team (especially for multi-channel campaigns)

Reporting on marketing campaign performance, focusing on key business objectives and suggesting the best way forward

Evaluating the user experience of the online customer journey and on-page performance

Liaising with Account Managers & clients where required, ensuring strong relationships are maintained

Monitoring and analyzing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and third-party tools

Setting up Google Analytics & Tag Manager on websites to enhance available tracking data

Leveraging industry tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb & others

Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth

Working with content writers to improve website copy, including metadata, headers, and other fundamentals optimized to improve search engine rankings

Collaborating with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new and existing content

Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Assisting in the analysis and development of SEO-friendly website structures and user-friendly navigation

What is needed:

Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, ideally in an agency environment

Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors

Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Proficiency in SEO/Digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Moz, ProRankTracker, Screaming Frog & Semrush

Experience with website analytics and data analysis

Knowledge of CRO and how this blends with SEO is beneficial, although not essential

Strong problem-solving attitude and capability with a “can do” mindset

Positive, proactive individual who always strives to be better and deliver results

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Track record of troubleshooting campaigns and delivering top ranking results

Outstanding organizational skills
