Main Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Procurement Team Lead as and when required. Ensure purchase requisitions for parts, consumables, services and hires are processed in an efficient and timely manner. Provide holiday cover for Procurement Team Lead/Logistics when required. Liaise with vendors and maintain/update records for all approved suppliers – telephone/email/teams meetings. Processing priced and unpriced purchase requisitions for consumables, services & hires, and ensure best lead time is achieved. Send approved purchase orders to vendors once finalized. Support with new vendor requests/revalidating vendor certification. Supporting with any delivery discrepancies and solving in a timely manner. Supporting finance with any invoice queries at month end. Participation in project kick off meetings, project close offs, daily gemba meetings via teams. Participation & support with quarterly vendor evaluation meetings. Updating ERP System with any new delivery dates to ensure this is kept up to date. Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities

To comply with STATS Integrated Management System when carrying out project engineering tasks. To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times. Ensure all accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards are immediately reported to the QHSE team. Experience / Competence / Skills / Knowledge

Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others. Experience with dealing with people. Understanding of Health Safety and the Environment. Qualifications

Strong educational background. A minimum of three years administration experience. Personal Qualities

Able to work on own initiative whilst enjoying being part of a team. A positive attitude and pleasant manner towards fellow staff members. Ability to be flexible in working practices. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to prioritise workloads.
