As a
Sales Supervisor
based in
Coventry (CV1 4DW) , you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting and leading your team of Sales Advisors / Contract Leads, inspiring them to focus on providing exemplary customer service.
Driving activity within the team to deliver all branch KPIs and targets.
Building excellent working relationships with our customers and wider Wolseley teams to ensure that business development opportunities are identified.
This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week, with hours varying Monday – Friday between 7am – 5pm, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am – 12pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Sales or customer service experience.
Trade experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience managing or supervising a small team would be desirable.
