to join a franchised main dealer team covering their Exeter and Honiton businesses. Daily activities will include: Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, accurately recording vehicle faults and customer requirements. Welcoming customers on arrival and ensuring each one receives an excellent service experience from drop off to handover. Updating customers throughout their vehicle’s work-in-progress, as well as authorising additional work and making follow up calls. Liaising with workshop, parts and sales departments to keep track of vehicles’ progress and ensuring customers’ vehicles are ready on time. Obtaining authority and payment for work completed. The Successful Candidate should: Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. Be well-presented, professional and a clear communicator. Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed. Have previous experience in an automotive customer service role. Have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage their time effectively to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines.
