Regional Relationship Manager , you will be the cornerstone of our operations, working closely with Partners and the Support Office to build trusted relationships and drive exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in creating and delivering a local business plan that aligns with our annual objectives, ensuring growth, profitability, and a seamless customer experience. In this role, you can have an impact on the growth and commercial performance of multiple businesses within your region. You'll identify opportunities for new business growth, recommend improvements to enhance customer experience, and ensure that every business has a detailed and personalised plan for success. You'll monitor competitors and, where relevant, develop strategies for positive change. To achieve this, you'll use your significant retail experience in working with regional teams and Partners. Using your established relationship-building skills, you'll develop a deep understanding of each business within your region. You will confidently bring to life all aspects of retail operations, from merchandising guides to health and safety protocols, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. Your role will also involve facilitating two-way communication between Support Office and our Partners, resolving issues and providing support to drive business improvement. In this role, you will be highly visible, spending the majority of your time in businesses or engaging in partner-facing activities. Your ability to provide compelling and inspirational communication through regular updates and meetings will be key to driving business improvement and ensuring clarity on business-critical activities. Your support will extend beyond business operations to the personal development of our Partners. Acting as a coach and mentor, you will support their well-being and professional growth, helping to develop the next generation of leaders within our organisation. Risk management will also be a critical aspect of your role, creating plans for businesses in need of support. Your strong working relationships with Partners will enable you to ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain an exceptional customer experience. You'll need experience in multi-site retail or commercial operations, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to build meaningful business relationships quickly. Join us as a
