About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you'll lead by example, fostering a high-performance culture while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong emphasis on team development, you'll ensure your Sales Negotiators excel in converting leads into appointments for our branches. Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management: Monitor team KPIs, conduct regular 1-2-1s, and implement strategies to maximise performance. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data and forecast trends to identify opportunities for growth and address areas of concern. Customer Excellence: Handle escalated issues or complaints swiftly and professionally, maintaining customer satisfaction. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage team headcount, oversee recruitment, and ensure your team is operating at optimal capacity. Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align on targets, strategies, and business objectives. What We're Looking For:
