A leading manufacturer of high-precision electro-mechanical instruments is looking for a Electro-Mechanical Technicians to build a wide range of electro-mechanical products supplied a wide range of industries worldwide. Electro-Mechanical Technician. What You'll Do: As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you'll play a crucial role in their production team. You'll work closely with the Production Manager in a technical, low-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring that their products meet the highest standards. Electro-Mechanical Technician. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and manufacture electro-mechanical components and instruments.

Fit and assemble mechanical parts using both machinery and hand tools.

Manufacture and install wiring looms, employing techniques like soldering and crimping.

Conduct quality testing and fault-finding on instruments to ensure optimal performance.

Ensure components are of suitable quality before assembly.

Provide occasional support to the Service & Repair department.

Adhere to all Health & Safety and ISO guidelines during manufacturing, assembly, and repair.

Participate in the development and maintenance of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

What We're Looking For: An Electro-Mechanical Technician with experience in assembling precision electro-mechanical components.

Strong background in both mechanical fitting and electrical assembly.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering instructions, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

A proactive team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
