Plumber SSSTS (Working Mechanical Supervisor) Reading - £27 per hour - Start January 2025
AndersElite require a Working Mechanical Supervisor, with a strong trade background in commercial plumbing, to work as a supervisor on a commercial refurbishment project in Reading, starting January 2025.
This is a freelance/contract position and will last for approximately 6 months from start date until completion of the project.
The main duties of the role will be to install commercial plumbing pipework whilst also acting as supervisor to co-ordinate other relevant sub-contractors within heating, A/C, fan coil units, sprinkler systems, and ductwork installations. This is on a small scale commercial project fitting out 2 floors of an office block.
Candidates should have site experience of refurbishment and new build projects in the commercial sector and be able to interpret mechanical drawings and design layouts as well as being IT literate.
Applicants must have the SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and up to date CSCS certification in order to apply.
Payment is based on experience, approximately £27 per hour, typically working 9hr days Monday to Friday.
