The Role: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior members of the commercial team, gaining hands-on experience in cost management, procurement, and contract administration. You will be involved in projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability across social housing schemes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the commercial management of
retrofit
and
decarbonisation
projects. Support cost planning, procurement, and contract administration tasks. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
