Senior Building Control Surveyor needed in Harrow
The rate is £20.87ph PAYE.
This is a temporary role.

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Building Surveyor in the day-to-day management and will deputise for the Principal Building Surveyor during absences.
Responsibilities include:
Processing and scrutiny of Building Regulation applications.
Inspection of building works.
Provision of general building control advice.
Marketing the Service to secure new business and income streams.
