The role

As a Portable Fire Extinguisher Engineer at Trinity, you will be installing, servicing, and maintaining our client’s extinguisher systems. You will be completing the scheduled works in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Trinity’s high-quality standards. You will be working as part of a skilled team of Specialist Engineers and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience. Key tasks include:

Carry out all necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Company’s quality standards. Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status. Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met. Work to a planned schedule. Issue remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with service administration guidance. What skills do you need?

Experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining Portable Fire Extinguishers in accordance with BS5306 for National, Key and Local accounts. A logical approach to diagnosis and rectification. To always provide outstanding customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication. What Technical knowledge do you need?

Technical background in the Mechanical Fire industry. BS5306 qualified. Qualified to BAFE / FETA or equivalent. What will Trinity give you?
