Experienced Night Machine Operators

Night Machine Operator Rugby (CV23) 6 - 6 17.43 p/hour (16.04 p/hour when training on days) Urgent: Full Time - Temp to Perm Immediate Start STOP: READ THE JOB BEFORE APPLYING - MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED - THIS IS NOT A TRAINEE ROLE - IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN MACHINING THEN YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. We are looking for 2 x experienced machine operators who can commit to a night shift within a busy aerospace company in Rugby. This is a role working 4 on / 4 off and 6 - 6, so 12-hour shifts. You will be setting up high-speed production machinery, using precision measuring instruments such as mics or verniers, and working with both quality and production targets. You will be loading and unloading machinery, following written instructions, and following engineering drawings. This is a fixed night shift; however, you will be trained on days which is again 6 - 6 working 4 on / 4 off until ready to switch to nights. To be considered - you MUST have some machine setting/operating experience, be able to use precision instruments, and be flexible enough to work the shift pattern without issue. In return - this role offers you: 17.43 p/hour (16.04 p/hour when training on days). 42 hours paid per week (average working out annually). Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
