CNC Operator Setter Duties and Responsibilities
Machining in preparation for the manufacture, service and repair of company press tooling. Manufacture and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and other components to exact specifications. Maintain and calibrate machinery and tooling, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool accuracy. Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company health and safety procedures. Reporting to the Tool Room Supervisor. Types of Equipment You Will Be Working With
XYZ Mills Manual Mills Lathes Bridgeport CNC Surface Grinders Experience Required for the Role
Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good problem-solving skills with an analytical approach. Understanding of tool design and associated software packages. Minimum 3 years CNC Operator Setter experience. Training will be provided where necessary. Benefits Available
